Can someone tell me what the tapping of brakes in a honda room means, I saw a person tap brakes while he or she was getting off the line during launch

No wheel spin launch.........you can't miss it when its done. Exp. (4 car lead off the line)

A while back a guy was doing it with his red EK and he was claming to be a top tuner cause he was beating everyone but he was on my tail the whole time we must've run like 10 times till I spot it and then I call him out, we were on a room full of DC2's and I was the only one he couldn't beat with that cheat.
