Is there a 'break in' period for new cars? Is that built in to the game? Has anyone noticed if that happens? Say something like 1,000 km to where the vehicle you've just purchased actually realizes its potential?
There's a post on another thread about this, it may be more than 500k.
At 500,000 I'd think the engine would be down on a fair bit of power without a re-build.
