If I have 2 identical cars spec'd exactly the same, 414bhp 1150kg and setup the same.

1 - Which one will be faster?

2 - Will I notice the difference?

1 - The one with more torque will be faster

The only way two identical cars spec'd the same would be different from one another is through mileage. The older car will have a slightly looser frame and be slightly more sluggish in responding with slightly less grip. But unless the difference is in the tens of thousands of km's I doubt you'll notice the difference, and chassis refresh will probably fix it.
