The ref has had one though . And Ambrose for Celtic is awful, silly for Lennon to play him though, he was playing in the ACON final only a few days ago!

Watch the cut back nextime for that second goal right Nel.:sly:

Turned out the recording I did of the replay got some audio sync problems... :grumpy: the race was too good to have those kinds of errors in the replay, so I'll redo it tomorrow and upload. I'll record the second race tomorrow evening as well, so if you have something special you want me to cover (in either race 1 or 2) now is the time to speak! :)

In the above screenshot Gedi and Nel are approaching Indianapolis at 310kph (190+mph) side by side, with only inches separating them, and they still manage to both stay on track AND completely avoid any contact (in this sequence). The fact that Nel even dared to take the inside on this part of the track in these speeds with Gedi trying to close the door, is just a big 👍 to both of you. Even though they are usually short, ultra-high-speed battles like this just gives me goosebumps, both virtual and real ones :) Can't get much closer and cleaner than that right? 👍

Toffe, did you happen to spot my amazing save in the opening laps of one of the races? just wondering :)

Hm... I saw more than one great save from you :) To find that specific one, I think I need a little more clues. You know on what part of the track it happened?

Im sure this was where a little further down the road i smashed into you Toffe. I was hurtling along and all of a sudden their was this shiny bright red Ferrari plonked in the middle of the road i think you had just visited the sand further down the track. I knew i had no time to react or anywhere to go so i just shut my eyes and screamed agggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!:ouch::lol:

Same part you took that pic w Nel n gedi at the sand pit I touched it and near spun :D

After 2 late complaints 2 drivers are issued with a warning

Kingsakery: for hitting scanny in race 2 lap 1 as it was a bit careless but we respect you for waiting :) if you hadn't have waited your penalty would have been much higher.

Gedi69: for reversing onto the driving line after spinning and causing carbonox damage to his car.

You sound surprised about seeing those driving standards here :p I think last season we had almost had people going in 2 by 2, replay should be good to watch then :)

After getting the grid order wrong and then the above offence firing squad is the only option Mr Toad.:trouble::lol:

Would have been excellent if someone had caught just before the race my epic fail trying to move jb up the grid

Yup, I had just checked that the gravel trap was working okay and when I was getting out a saw a yellow Ford GT and I knew no one of us would have any chance to avoid the crash.

That's also what makes the gedi-nel situation so impressive I think spurgy. La Sarthe is just so incredibly fast, going off in these speeds will make one go a lot farther out in the gravel traps or attain much more severe damage than on many other tracks and lose more time than usual... high stakes simply. In addition that part before Indianapolis is so narrow too :scared: I'm not sure 2 by 2 is even technically possible there..

But you're right, I know there has been close and clean racing before. It's just that I'm seeing it much more clearly now that I'm doing replays! :)

How stupid, Suzuka coming up, that's just another handling track... :grumpy:

Bring on Monza already.
