Gedi, JB, I know the series has started but is there any chance we can change to Race Hards only for the feature? It would turn the race back into a 1/2 stopper and be kinder to the guys in the Jag especially.

Ive been sat here thinking that may be a good idea tbh if everyone agrees then sure no problem.👍

The tire wear is not that bad. I think it makes it more exiting racing people on different strategy.

Magic :sly:. When ever my tires got red I took some lock off my wheel.

It did seem odd though when you had not pitted yet matching my times on new racing softs and at the start of the race you were matching my laps.

Do the RH's last any longer than the RS's. I managed to do more laps on the RS's than i did on the RM's last week.

I hope so think i got 9/10 out of hards 6/7 softs.:indiff:Thats without race pressure mind you.:dopey:

I could only do 6 laps tops. Had no grip, like 5% left. I have no chances in the endurance races.

I was doing 5/6 on softs fighting for places i noticed you Gedi and a couple of others in a 4 way battle behind me that no doubt led to tyre wear. Out on my own in clean air managing the tyres was alot easier.:)

Think the best thing that happened to me was running wide at turn 2 on the 1st lap. Fell to the back but could take it easier with full fuel load.

Just watched replay mate, you was on same strategy as me and it paid off with very similar tyre wear. My best lap was only mid 1:39 in 2nd race but managed 8 laps on softs. It does look like jags are bad on tyre wear on fronts, maybe race med/hards? Personally though I don't think it will make any difference as tyre wear will still be more on jag. Only options are let everyone in jag choose a different car then no excuses or leave it as it is and every week we will hear the same story!

I could go either way on the tires, but RS tires give some speed equalization. If you go faster, the tires will wear out faster.

Hanc and Cunny managed their tire wear exceptionally well and did a two stopper, and I think they benefited from it. They did a very good race, but I think at some stage Cunny did have some problems at the end of the stint.

Well all in all i enjoyed it both races the top 6 cars were all different which says something i guess. Maybe if Tony gets in he can give JK2's toad a run for its money trying to keep up with him is way beyond my talent level. Welldone to Akmuq for giving it a go race 1 and Hanc race 2. No Dc's in the end which was also a plus.

Whats the weather settings at suzuka?

And lets do my quali lap in half hour :D

Nah do it tomorow.

Yeah it turned out to be a very good race bit scary with 2 DC's before hand though!

@Gedi sorry i went into side of you round right hander but there was no way I could avoid you when you spun.

@Carbonox I'm not sure what incident you are on about but I'm sorry.. I had a really bad start off line then got smashed into a few times including incident with Gedi which made car very hard to drive with damage. 1st race was epic though! :)

I was so glad the Camaro lacked a little grunt another 5 feet you would have had me Hanc!:sly:

I had bad tyre wear in the Jag but was my own fault for changing to an offline setup which turned out to be pretty bad for front tyre wear. In the pre season race last week my tyre wear with my old setup was normal. If it aint broke don't fix it (that includes you PD) :dunce: What a lemo..snip! :scared:

I am so strongly in favour of this :p

At the minute Nel the majority seem happy with the current regulations mate so we roll with that same for everyone i spose. Impossible for us to keep everyone happy i really should stop trying Gedi keeps telling me lol.:ouch:

Was the tissue LEMON scented.

Can you smell that? I believe I smell a Lemon!

As the current holder of the Lemon award, I have decided that Gedi ,the sneezing master, has won this weeks Lemon Award. I will send it through after I finish sending the other prizes. :)

Why not just scrap race softs all together and use race med for 1st race and have option of med/hard for 2nd, there isn't that much wear difference between med and hard. Also don't have to practice laps on soft for race 1 then try and adapt to hards for 2nd race. Also softs are a bit too grippy IMO.

More grip less incidents i dont half struggle for what people want sometimes:lol:
