Matty your enthusiasm will be rewarded we will squeeze you into D2 mate you deserve it imo. I just wish people would make their minds up turning people away is the last thing we want to do.:ouch:

Special Announcement.

Season 3 will be receiving a new and most coveted award, the Like A Lemon Award. The award will be presented to the person that has had the biggest Lemon of a week in the BST V8 S3.

To win it you need only have the worst week. Either you can throw away a great Qualifying lap, make sand castles after being near the front of a race, delete your game save, forget to put Racing Tyres on, or any other bad event that will result in your week being deemed the biggest Lemon.

Every good award needs a trophy, the Like A Lemon Award is no exception. This is a one of a kind Lemon of a car that has never seen an oil change, is painted a nice shade of lemon and is in no way anything like the V8's we are here to celebrate.

After the race each week the Trophy will be presented to its winner by the previous winner. The current holder of the award will decide who and why the next person wins the award. As the current holder of the award,(I have a car ready and registered for a race I can't compete in.) I will decide who the winner is after the next race night.
 
Quick question, does the winner have to send the same car? Or can he choose his own special lemon coloured car? :dopey:
I ask this because I am almost certain to win it.. :dopey:

The car you need to send can be any car with at least 200,000kms and no oil change. It has to represent everything a V8 is not. You can paint the current Lemon any color, modify it, change the wheels, as long as you do not overhaul the engine or change the oil. :)

Okay, I already know what car I'll send once I get this award. Don't be surprised if I get it every second week either :dopey:

I'll paint it a special DLC yellow for the lucky recipient when they have a bad week. :dopey:

This reminds me of a group a golfers I used to play with.

If you didn't make it past the ladies tie on your first shot ...... on the next next hole, you had to use a pink ball, make your tie shot with your throusers down at the ancles (all of them), as a humiliation and to show that you were not a woman.

A lot of laughs, but it did put us in trouble at a very posh golfclub who couldn't understand why we did this.

Will discuss King the general feeling was it may be a little too late for anymore changes now. I agree the softs use was an oversite on our part its alot to do with ruddy updates changing the game dynamics every 5 minutes.:ouch:
If we do a season 4 ive no doubt the tyre issue will be addressed for the feature race but for now its probably too late to change anything.:indiff:
 
OK no probs (just keep the PM so you have a basis for a poll xD).
By the way I thought we did say that we must run on RH for the feature race but maybe I "dreamed" it :D

Your right King we did atleast at one stage:dunce: I really like Mattys idea about 1 set of softs and the rest hards for the feature race. Thing is if all the old toads are in one particular division the last thing we want to do is ask a stand in host to start checking the correct tyres were used by everyone me and gedi already feel we are asking too much getting people to host as it is!
Hense my suggestion to keep it simple and just make hards and mediums available for the feature race.

Softs for the sprint makes sense.
The other 2 compounds are logical for the feature race but no drama.

I think you should do the f1 style rules at least the softs and hards must both be used meds are optional I think or you could have it where the softs, hards and meds all have to be used.
