S4 cars the same as S3, but every one must choose a different car. 💡

It's nothing to do with lack of talent, its trying to do the impossible by making all the cars completely equal on every circuit, it just cannot be done. We all have the same selection of cars to choose from you can't get fairer then that!

The only way to make it completely equal is use same cars and ban tuning, but that isn't what this series is about.. This series continues to grow so you guys must be doing something right! :)

One things for sure Stu there wont be much change in the line up imo maybe the Alfa 8C and your old C63 Merc might get a shout other than that cant see the benefit in any changes. As for the different car idea yeah goes without saying mate.:sly:

I hope you will not take me as being cocky for what I now write.

I raced in a non GTplanet hosted racing league for one year. This league was far more competitive than Pure who some of you might know. Pure has one good driver (Tony 1311) who is an increadible driver who is faster than me. He raced in our league too. Pure also had another very fast driver Adrrmm but he is doing iracing now. All the other Pure driver I'm fairly confident I will beat.

I didn't join this group just to win every race. That's no fun. Close racing is. I rather fight hard and get a thrid then to win by a large margin. You guys are a fun an lively crowd too. Very important.

I'm all for a handicap system. I will ballast my car so I get down to about 1'38.0 lap time at Fuji and run it like that for the season. I might need to change to the Jag as when ballasting the car gets lower straight line speed, and the Dodge is fairly slow even at 1420kg.

Looking forward to the racing.

Funny about the Dodge was one of the quickest cars for me around Monza.:crazy:

I might need to test the Jag/Dodge a bit. I only did about 3 laps each at Fuji.

For sure I will share with you guys things that I know to get a car to go faster. My strength is really tuning a car more than driving it.
 
Ok Jk2 let us know when you have decided your test time has been limited compared to the rest of us so not to worry.

Right so they would start at the back of Div2 or they are dropped for 2 reserves sorry for the confusion here?:dunce: Rules state "if you do turn up on race night you start at the back of D2?"
People not doing Quali laps really makes our life difficult.👎

I will use a Jag at 1669kg. Its about 250 kg heavier (249 to be exact).

The problem with weight is that it impacts top speed quite a lot,so going much heavier it will be dog slow on the straights. Tyre wear will be interesting, but I guess I'll find that out in the race.

Sail are you sure none of the above sounds like a fair fight to me.:crazy:

Why do that? If you have talent use it! Don't give yourself a handie cap because your quick in any car just use a bad car if you want a challenge :) if you win then it shows your skill but i really wouldn't put that much weight on

Id rather race knowing that its fair for all drivers rather than making it closer just because someone has a lot of talent

Given that, I'll go back and will use the Vette for the championship.
Its the only car I have fully tuned and broken in.
