Ive been told to post this so here goes. Btw I never wanted to have to do this but here goes....
Its starts at T6 lap 10. Where I turn in like normal as Andy is atleast a car length behind so am not expecting anything. Ht hits me going 5-10 mph faster than the spex speed sending me wide.. Luckily I manage to gather my car up and retake my place back into the next corner without contact.
The into the next corner (Pouhon) Andy hits me again sending me wide but again I just manage to hold on.
Next lap (11) T4 Andy brakes way too late so I have to avoid him on entry to the corner but go round his outside. He drives into my rear left mid corner which causes me car to twitch pushing me wide and almost into the gravel..
He then leaves no room in T5 while I recover and keeping my car well inside... This backfires on him as I'm able to get alonside into T6 and pass cleanly.
Next lap (12) he nearly takes me out on braking for T4, then he cuts the corner to not lose time. He even comes out infront of me but I make sure I take my place back in T5.
T6 lap 12 is where it gets really bad from Andy I make the corner fine but mid corner he plants the throttle into my right rear sending my very sideways. Worst part is instead of braking or backing off he barely flinches and keeps on full throttle while I slide infront of him. Then while i'm still recovering he hits me into the next bend wice sending me off circuit completly.
I then slide into him while I regain control. At this point i'm less than impressed so tap him on the brakes into pouhon and take my place back. Unlike Andy I didn't just ram him out the way I passed on his inside and stayed clean in the corner too.
Later that lap (12) Andy almost takes me out again this time at bus stop but I just turn in before he gets there.
Having not been successful in his previous atempts to ram my inside or force me wide Andy trys just punting me up the bum into T4. In the picture im almost stopped for the corner going roughly 85 mph while Andy is still doing over 100 mph. This punts me straight on so I am forced to use the escape road to stay infront.
It calms down after his as Andy drops back and pits a lap later. I pit a lap after him and come out 3 seconds ahead. What he does next is unforgivable, he straight lines Eau Rouge going flat out at 140mph. He doesn't lift a bit and catches my draft easily and when he goes for a pass I back out smartly knowing my tyre wear should make an easy pass later in the race.
So I stay behind Andy pressuring him and hoping for a mistake but no joy. 3 or 4 laps pass and Andys tyres start to fade so I start going on the attack again. I try into bus stop, Andy goes deep and I brake nice and early and go for the cut back but as soon as I get slightly infront Andy drives me off.
I try the cut back again in T4 next lap but again Andy puts me wide and this time I brake to avoid being graveled.
So I again try to cut back at bus stop and now with Andy getting more desperate he pushes me even wider than last time.
After that I finally make a desive pass on the straight before T4 and make the apex and proceed to drive away from Andy for the last 3 laps and almost getting JB too for 3rd but not quite damn!
I am very sorry it came to this....
Very bad night for team toad. Think there was enough cutting last lap from me Gedi to put me into last place, in fact i may have cut the last chicane a few times as well. Need more practice at Spa for S5 me thinks.
you mean using your horn, ramming me and for good measures tapping me wide using my car as the kerb 👍
