I hope R35 is aware he's sharing a drive with jb, and that means he may not race every week. Who knows though, someone could drop out (which is probably highly likely on recent form) and then a permanent space is free.

I'll do my best to make it for a while tonight, but making 6pm will be tricky.
 
Didnt 35 sign up when spaces were available though? Or am i missing something.:dunce:

Two per team maximum at any one time, same as last season. :)

If you and 35 are on track at the same time then one of you will need to race under a different banner. 👍
 
Theres been a mix up then somewhere potentially 35 couldnt race as our no3 then correct? Thats not ideal.:nervous:

He can act as a reserve for you, so that when you don't race he takes your place. But if you race at the same time (i.e. both of you turn up one week), then one of you (presumably 35) must run under a different name, and the person who isn't driving for the team (35) will score Independent points.

All 3 of you are perfectly allowed to race together, but only 2 of you can race for V8 Trio in any one meeting. Hopefully that makes it clear 👍

Ford has one space left currently out of the four, but car choices don't have to be confirmed for a little while yet. Everyone can change their mind as often as they like for the next couple of weeks, so Ford can either empty or fill up. 👍

The Lexus IS200 has had its minimum weight cut to 1250kg to improve its competitiveness. 👍

Test tonight was with the '04 Civic, IS200, Focus ST, Focus ST170 and the '07 Atenza, and signs look promising so far for a very tight season.

I'll put you down for one 👍 If it comes down to a situation where there are 16 guys in the lobby, then R35 will get priority over you since he signed up earlier. I recognise there are 17 names on the list right now because 35 is sharing jb's seat. I've mucked this one up a little in that I mistook R35 becoming V8's reserve as him giving up his seat (which he hasn't), so I hope it doesn't cause any issues during the season. I've not heard again from iamrj7, so who knows if he will show come January.

I'll make sure the next guys who sign are definitely reserves only!

I did a bit more with the Volvo Seat and Clio today. The Volvo and the Seat would do well to break the 1.11's while mid 110's feel optimum for the Clio nice drive though the Renault.:)

Really? I remember doing 10.4s-10.8s with all 3 cars using a pretty basic setup, so there was definitely room for more time. Maybe it's driving style? :scared:

Maybe was that post update? I did say struggle even so they would find it tough to hang with the more popular picks imo.:)
