Hopefully we get a bigger grid at Tokyo next week.

Off week placed between Tokyo and Monza.
 
I'm wacked just 9 laps of Suzuka, In I guess the slow redbull X2014 standerd car.
Did 6 laps just to get my head around the car, video of next 3 laps.
Well 2 cut the cornor at the start of lap 3 and then span out :(



Lap 1 was a 1:25.999 lap 2 a 1:25.431 I think.
See Stocky was quick ;)

I'm happy Rolo don't make us race them really, think I'd be dead by the end of race 1 lol

We've had a few good evenings recently doing the missions. The crew chopper is handy sometimes too. :)

The Titan job was fun the other day. That lorry was well and truly blocking the path, I don't know why I didn't think of blasting it with grenades sooner. Doh! :lol:
 
I've got a big dilemma this Thursday as I have to tend to my puppy whilst my parents are out working but I don't want to miss the races without having to take a drop score. Plus I don't want to be the one that forces the race to be delayed whilst I take my puppy out in the garden.
 
The races won't be delayed anymore for one-person absences. You'll take a drop score if you miss out, or if you miss one race then that may end up being one of your drops at the end.

There's been enough delays and I just want this season done really, and done before the month is out. The main reason being, and I'll announce this now, that I'm taking a sabbatical from hosting series once this is over. It's been a great two years or so of hosting BTCC, but the fire is finally out and it's time to do some other stuff. I might get the bug again in future but I doubt it will be soon.

Such a shame, I was looking forward to S9 but I get where you're coming from :( If only it was possible to host series' on GTA then you'd be a happy bunny :sly:

This is where you're most likely gonna be finding me. I'm more than up for BTCC meets on GTA in the Thursday slot if people are up for it. Plenty of jobs to do, plenty of races. I'm just after more of an arcade-style thing at the moment.

I'll keep an eye on GTP and may participate in championships in future, but hosting is a bit too far for me now.

Make a thread for racing meets on GTA5 possibly? Like get a bunch of GTP members into one lobby and race in playlists of 8-16 races on Thursday's.
