For the veyron you have 3 options... online car dealership, level 21 ticket, 09 ticket. I can't remember if I seen it in the used dealership. I have all of them and its a chore. Good luck. Here is a hint, if you have multiple ps3s look in the online dealership if there is a veyron, the different consoles has different color veyrons. Atleast mine did.

It's one of the very few cars to occur in the UCD (if not the only one) to have zero miles from day one, the Veyron is. I've seen it numerous times.

As for the Veyron, you must be ready with cash that can suffice for purchasing the car and keep searching for it through scrolling the list of old cars in the hot cars' UCD.

And for other licensed race cars you have to level up more to meet with the minimum requirements for dealing with them in the garage or on a run.
