I love the Impala SS and I love the GNX, they two some of the meanest machines ever pumped out by Detroit. Don't judge the car by what a bunch of "homeys" are doing to it.

Fair statement and I agree with both of what you just said. Both are a great example of some decent US sedan machinery.

I got to drive a GNX in college, a 'buddy' of mine had it tricked for the drag strip....what a freakin beast ! you could stand on the gas and smoke the tires all day long !

That's ashamed anyone would modify a GNX, that would completely ruin the value of that car. If you're going to modify a turbo Buick, you're much better off doing it with a Gran National or T-Type.
