buying paint dlc

Can I buy Paint DLC for Account 'X' using Account 'Y'? ie. using funds available on Account 'Y' to buy for account 'X' - account 'X' has zero funds.

Failing that, can I transfer funds from Account 'Y' to Account 'X'?

Nope. It won't work.

But, you can however buy it on Account X, with the funds on Account Y, as long as both accounts are on the same Playstation. At least, that's how it worked for me. 👍

Thanks.. Accounts are on the same PS3, I think I tried that but I may have done something wrong. Will try again. Maybe there's a "Share Funds" setting on Account Y that I need to enable before I can use those funds on Account X.

did you click on the DLC content in the GT5 main menu.. I just got the DLC off my friend and the tracks and cars work perfectly.. should be the same for paint..

try re-downloading the paint the go the DLC in GT5 menu and install..
