Sooo....it can run with a Pro Stock car, now?
I'm trying to figure out why this was posted. Why this is notable, or news.
It's def. not a small company. This belongs in the pictures and video subforum and not news. Its just a hideously tuned car spec'd only for drag racing by some small company.

Not a fan of drag racing I take it?
Not really. Waste of money really if you ask me to make a car go fast in a straight line. I'd rather spend my money on something that can be fast around corners as well as in a straight line.

What does that even mean? Punctuation is required so that others can understand what you are on about. That "sentence" above makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It's been done that in the ADRL also what do you mean now all of titan race cars have ran prostock times lots of times so has many pro import cars.
And someone in your position should pay much more attention to the AUP. 💡Acceptable Use PolicyNo slang words that promote laziness, ie; “r”, “u”, “plz”, etc. will be tolerated. As the AUP says...

This makes no sense.
Drag racing is a branch of motorsport. It has been around for many years and it is the ultimate test of power and speed. I can't understand how you cannot think a car that runs the quarter mile in 6 seconds is not impressive. Drag racing is certainly no waste of money, it's just a kind of motorsport you don't like. Bear in mind that Titan Motorsports is no small company since they have many records behind their name and they are widely known accross the tuning scene.
Basically you are saying that people who go to the salt flats to set records are idiots for travelling 600km/h because they cannot turn fast in corners![]()

No, he was talking about your entire post before you edited itAre you talking about ADRL?
And I never called anyone "idiots" and I'm not taking any personal shots so do not put words into my mouth please. How can you get any more information from my 2 sentence post anyway?
(normal cars turned into tube chassis or stipped/cut/welded drag cars).
Not only that but when a car is tubbed it so it can have bigger slicks than a normal car has. Also I truly don't agree with needing a sponsor to have a race car because I know lot's of people in the import industry thats doing it with out the sponsors that are holding it down. Also Jce what's the point of spending thousands maybe even millions doing a circuit car if it's not going more the 140 because of corners. Also to run a circuit in 1'xx'xxx minutes around a track? It's also about the passion for the sport what keeps me going. Can a mod move this thread to the motorsport room please? If the car has a tube chassis, it was never a normal car. Tube chassis cars are built from the ground up with only the outer skin being the one part that resembles the street car at all. Everything else is custom.

If you have a stock chassis, though, you need to "Tub" the wheelwells to get them to fit.
As for the sponsor thing...in that case, The shop is advertising themselves, using the extra revenue from their own increased parts sales to "sponsor" their car. Still professional.
Riiiiiight...
Yeah, sure, I believe you...
You'll see when it's built I'll prove it to you remember if you have the funding then it's not that bad to get started. That's wh the import scene is'nt that hard and you have events 9months out of the year.
Even though we have 9months of racing in the north east building a drag car is easy once you have the funds.Wait. What do you want to say?![]()
