Yep:tup: I tried to upload the other thing I showed you of me floating to the ground, but it wouldn't let me upload it for some reason. All you have to do is jump off something high and shoot your valk missile and while your flying the missile your character will just gently float down:)

I have no idea, when I shot the missile it just blew up as soon as I shot it:tdown:

Not like it was in MW2 when A6 had it and you and I and empty:grumpy: I haven't really been in the mood to play with real people in BO's lately because I join games and get killed by people doing things like sitting in corners:tdown: That just pisses me off so bad after a couple times that I back out and just go back to combat training where they aren't sitting in corners.

How can people play like this? How is standing in a corner (in the case of Murka's vid, lying prone) with your gun ADS fun? :odd:
 
Nothing fancy, just another triple spray. I have been trying out the tomahawk and its great fun. I got the final kill with it the very first time I got a kill with it. I'm going to keep at it and hopefully get a clip out of it.

Good man, coming on to the next COD in the series is always good times stats wise seeing as with previous experience you generally end up with a net improvement. Somehow, the community as a whole never seems to really improve.

On Nuketown (horrid map) scores are at 7400 - 7400.
Lobbed a semtex over the bus in the middle and landed it next to someone :lol:
 
Sharky, those two game play clips are just so annoying to watch, I would file commplaints on both of those people just because that would have pissed me off so bad dealing with them.

Time A, why is your theater mode clip so choppy?

Seems to be a PS3 issue, 360-rendered clips are fine... I'd stick BO in my PS3 and render out a test clip, but I can't be bothered :lol:

Tried this game for the first time today and I had same connection problem as I had in WAW. My net is 10Mb/4Mb so thats not the case.. Even when I was hosting I had worse ping then my enemyes :confused: Anyone know what BO do different in online servers compared to MW2?

Have you tried port forwarding?
 
There is the still dodgy sounding, but Aldo confirmed method of putting in MW2 (starting a game online? or just connecting to servers?) then swapping to Black Ops to get an Open NAT.
 
Whats port forwarding? I have nat1 so i dont think thats the problem..
 
I have an odd issue with my NAT. When I play GT5 I have a restricted type 3 nat. When I play COD I have an open unrestricted nat. I'm not sure why.
 
Port Forwarding open certain port so more came be received and be sent from a router. I am always on strict NAT.
 
If you are having any problems with connection and your NAT type is anything but open then you need to google how to port forward and get to it. I keep mine open for my 360 so I don't have any issues, now if you have an open NAT type and you still have problems then get of the PSN network and pay for a network that works :)
 
Port Forwading lol. I have used it before and it seems that I get it wrong when I change my IP type.
 
I finally unlocked ghost pro tonight in one of the very rare games where I was not getting my ass handed to me. I might work on hardline pro and hardened pro now just because. I'd really like to get ninja pro but none of you guys wants to party up with me. Theres no way I'm playing demolition solo again after the last time I tried.

On a different note here is a quick clip from tonight showing how I've been practicing using the tomahawk. I think I'm getting better. I think I also got the final kill with it in this game but I didn't record that.

The Tomahok has more aim assist than the knife did in MW2. Trust me on that. Still a great fall back weapon though, and the only thing I feel in Black Ops that will reliably kill.
 
I shouldn't have to put MW2 in then eject it just to get NAT open in BO :indiff:
I tried opening the Black Ops ports with PFConfig and it didn't seem to make much difference.
 
Yeah that may be true. I like it because you don't have to lead the target as much as you did with the throwing knife since it flies straighter without dropping as much. I wasn't much good with the throwing knife because it dropped off so fast.
 
So who is planning on getting the First strike DLC? I already have my M$ points sitting in my account, I'm getting it just because I'm so tired of the same old maps. Also, if I don't get it, it will be hard to find a match. When I try to play WaW now I can't get into any matches because I don't have any of the DLC for it. There is one map with a zipline, and I can't wait for that map because you know people are going to gravitate towards that zipline and I will just pick them off while they are yelling weeeeeeeee!
