Guys, what do you make of some the awesome (in my view anyway) camera angles in the new intro, the rally and top gear ones, on the circuits? They seem really good, with tyre shake around the follow-through etc...

If they were incorporated into the replays they'd be appreciated a lot more, 'cause they are indeed awesome. My favorite would have to be when the drums first kick in and the slow-motion shot of the Impreza in mid-air comes on, it transfixes me, it's so beautiful.

I miss the ability to switch to side-mounted cameras like in GT3 replays, you know, the ones placed right behind the front wheels, awesome when hitting hard braking areas to watch the rotors light up. Which is another thing I miss since GT4, if you're lucky you can only see rotors get red hot with extended heavy braking like at Le Mans, or coming up to Aremberg on the 'Ring, oh and only on premiums of course. If it's because of realism you can't see the brakes stay red hot at Le Mans at night either. But I digress.

They should bring back the "dive" view for replays, using angles like in the intro.
My thoughts exactly, a dynamic camera angle for replays, where they can come up some imaginative views, camera mounts and all...

I also like to add that I quite like the runway and the motor way (freeway), that is featured during the introduction of the X2011, epic :). The low to the ground cameras are just so exciting.

I like tv style replays so current gt configuration suits me however perhaps a choice to switch replay styles would suit more people. On a slight tangent... I really cant stand f1 codemasters replays hope thats not the 'dive' style implied in earlier posts.

👍 Gives me the goosebumps every time i see that part :) I also really like the slow motion capture of the two MP4-12C's drifting and the battle of the SLS and SLR McLaren on the Nordschleife.
