Possibly not in the store yet? I can't find it in the UK - even though a second message has been posted in the game saying that it is now downloadable.

Timing is often a bit haphazard with updates and downloadable stuff. I'm guessing it will be there after a sleep.

What reset? The store is updated at around 4/5pm IIRC, that's when you're likely to see it tomorrow, not in the middle of the night.
