In an effort to reduce the snark in this thread, I wouldn't count on (presumably) very expensive tracks to appear in the Music Rally mode, no.
But this just made me wonder why they didn't allow Rally Mode to be played with any track a player might like to choose, using Spotify or MP3s or whatever. The technology to adequately estimate a track's BPM and rough musical style (to fit the Music Rally goalposts to the music) should be trivial to implement. But then this isn't exactly a game brimming with enthusiasm and ambition anyway.
