Some of the guys on the WRX board think they've come along a "riced" out Civic, only to find there is a blown Prelude/Integra engine in there and it blows their doors off.

11-12 seconds is god awful quick, I'm almost wondering the seller could pull that off. Quite a feat for the driver, the car seems up to it.

It's still a 9 year old Honda. That he claims has only been driven 15000 miles.

My BS detector went up with a big red flag. He's got 5 thousand miles on the wheels, so there's a very good chance he's driven like it's a sports car for at least 5000miles. Why is he selling it? There's no explanation, also adding a few more red flags.

I can stuff $25,000 into my VW and make it fly, but I'm still sitting on a 8 year old frame that's lived through 8 New England winters.

Er...The majority of the parts on the car's list, namely the Integra's list, are performance parts. They did add some appearence futures, but doesn't it look good?

Lemme say this. One i like rice especially the chinese pork fried rice. With that is calling a car rice a good thing?? To me no. But i can say that if the car has a converted front end or converted back end with spoliers and such, it may look good. But when it takes off you must listen. If you hear a vooorm with a throty powerful sound there must be more that stock on that engine. But if you hear the usual muffler that has a hole in the pipe so it sounds (cool) than its that hole in the pipe. Personally i see nothing wrong with the integra. It look prety much stock. But i use that word loosely. Stock to say that it doesnt have stickers and neon glows and stuff. Thats ricey. But than again it all in view. Rice is delicious. From now on can we call the SNGO. And for you idiots that mean sho no go.

He is 15 years old, so the chances that he has driven a good car (and that he knows what he is talking about) are pretty slim.

Anyways as for the Integra and for the Civic. They both kick pretty much ass and I can't understand how someone can possibly be that narrowminded to call it riced. I wonder how they'd look when one of these monsters would whoop their asses in a track-/streetrace.

I'd be defending it more, but no matter what I say, it's going to be a ricer to him. If he wants to go around his whole life staying away from sleek aftermarket parts that make the care look nice, not rice, that's his choice.
