Can the birthday tickets give you any car on the game?

Obviously except the cars without a prod. year like the stealth and chromeline cars (and the kart?).

Or will birthday tickets only give a limited subset of available cars, like say 500 in total?

Birthday tickets give cars that were made on the year you were born (which is on your PSN account). Let's say if you made a PSN account with birth year 1970. You will only receive cars made on 1970, such as the '70 Challenger R/T.

Yes I know the tickets give cars from your birthyear, I'm still waiting for my 1977 one. It's just that I see they are trading birthday tickets on the marketplace, so wondered if all the birthday tickets covers all cars?

No lvl 24 cars or the X2010

only cars with defined year can be given from BD tickets.
There are many cars without year.
Ultimate ticket is the Ticket 1000. It can give you any car except DLC and X2010.
But if you are expecting some particular car from Ticket 1000 then it will take ages to get it.
