Unsure, to the second. I'd assume since it is activated by DLC that it would not. otherwise you can just redownload the cars from PSN over and over.
I tried to gift the chrome line cars from one account to the other, it wouldnt let me. but yes, you can have 2 of the same car. I have multiple '67 Lambos thanks to the bday cheat

I got two codes for the Audi R10. Used one and have that one in my garage. Can I use the second and have another? Or will that just use my code and I wont see another one in my garage?
What I don't like is that when you go to buy a car it does not show that you already have it. Why was that functionality added to the PSP version but not to GT5?
