Can you still clone cars?

with all the nerfing going on I'm kinda scared to send a car to my alt account and as per usual delete my savefile and load it back up to get the car back...has anybody tried this post patch 1.07 yet?

You can't send a car that costs over 1 million to anyone. Not to others, not to a secondary account.

Duping still works as normal.

I'm aware of that, I was talking about sub-1 m Cr. cars.
