I am wondering if you give away or sell all of the stealth and chromeline cars can you use the same code to redownload all the cars? Anyone tried this yet?
The Collectors edition came with a code for the chrome line cars. The signature edition came with a code for the stealth cars (I believe). The stealth cars were also given out as preorder bonuses. Hope this helps 👍

I just got the game itself, but now that you mention it, I did get a highlighted portion on my reciept from the store clerk stating that is what I need for my car, I guess that's what it is for huh?

I got a code from Gamestop when I reserved the game. I just used it and got a McLaren Stealth Supercar (Premiun car) that can beat any car in the game...(well that's how it feels.) Also a NASCAR car that I haven't tried yet...
You can't give away the cars in game or sell them if I recall, and as far as I know you can't re-use the code. The cars do stay on your system though if you end up deleting your save file. When you start the game back up you'll get the message that the cars were added to your garage.
I would have thought that its linked to your PSN ID, so in the event that you changed PS3's etc, you could re-download it (as it would be stored that you've 'purchased' them before'
You can not use the code more then once... BUT! All the downloads you've done are saved in your PSN Store's "Download List". You will be able to re-download the files to your PS3, but I would bet GT5 is smart and will not relist them in your Garage.
