We'll be receiving e-mails in the next day or two confirming specific heat we are in as well as a start time to go with the heat.

I would just wait to see what the times are when they're posted (they'll be posted pretty soon). Could be he put a better time down before the night was over - not sure.

Barring some freak accidents, I don't see myself making fourth place in my heat. Nonetheless, should be really fun this weekend.

I joined the forums to say this Lookey kid cost me my spot in the heat. I ended up 11th because of him otherwise I would have been 10th. Such a scumbag move. I hope he gets disqualified before the heat

Says right there they need permission, he clearly asked for a form I️ guess, and got the go-ahead

It says you need to sign the form if you're under the age of majority (18 in most provinces), not under the age of registration. So if you're 17, then you need to sign the form. If you're younger than 17 you still can't register.
