Cannot share my car livery, help

There are my cars which liveries I can't share, the share option was greyed. Why?

He managed to get the share option and entered the texts. I even can't get it share from either my library or after saving my livery.

Nope.

Other of my car liveries work well. Just some of my cars liveries couldn't be shared

Okay so I managed to figure it out why. Apparently you can't share your car livery if you did not change the paint of the car or put any decal on it. Just changing the wheels and even paint the wheels will not be sufficient to make your livery shareable
