Can't choose tyres for a race??

Hi there, I've bought some racing tyres for my Saleen but it won't let me change from the stock sports soft tyres in any tuning window; on further inspection I can't do this for any of my cars, standard or premium. Is anyone else having this issue?? The race I'm trying to enter doesn't have any tyre restrictions by the way. Cheers
 
you can only change them in post race screen, where you choose the dificulty setup and maybe in your garage too, but some races have a strict tire choice
 
Hi, thanks for the reply; I can't change them in my garage, there are no tick boxes next to the tyres. It's the same deal with the settings menu ahead of races, regardless of what event it is...really frustrating.
 
I have the same problem.

I have a Civic Motul racing car which came with Racing tyres. I had to buy Sports tyres to participate in a race which did not allow Racing tyres. Now that the Sports tyres are fitted, I can't get the Racing tyres back on. Even when I try to re-buy the Racing tyres from the tuning shop, it says they are already fitted to the car. However in the Tuning screen it shows that Sports tyres are fitted.
