Car Break-in?

I will take your word on that one! I still have yet to do one drift race/challenge. The thought of it makes me vomit.

I wasn't trying to drift. Burnt the tires and couldn't drive in a straight line. I agree though, drifting isn't my thing.

Well in all of the rooms I`ve been in, the cars start at the line and end after (X) laps, what else has to happen to make it an official race?

Not in my experience.
You mean like after you into the track and you just go out and go around freely? Everytime I`ve been in one, it`s been started and ended.

Yeah I know, 86 Veys is insanity, but I`m always looking for more.
But what about the "How much faster" question?
I`ve done 381mph ghosting (weak penalty), will I get 382mph after break-in, and that would take 15 laps on the X-Track or an hour of straight running. (ea)

I'm not sure, the Veyron could easily do 400KPH, so I doubt it would top out at 382. I think he meant MPH, and I think it is completely possible.

Now, if I buy a car from the UCD and it has 2800mi. on it, if I take it in for an oil change, and the engine doesn`t need a rebuild, is it/does it need a break-in?
Since most cars I see in Break-in rooms seem to fall under this category, what are we talking about...?

After 2800 miles, you don't need to break it in, but you do need to be careful about HP loss, as that will start when the miles get WAY up there.
Break in starts ~20 miles and stops :@: 186 miles.

I hit 381mph w/eight cars in a train, could hit 400mph w/more.
But it`s not easy to get that many Veyron guys in one room.
