Car Customizing Parts

I like the idea of tinted windows, custom hoods, and maybe a few more body kits. I also like the idea of sponsor decals, but I don't like the idea of a full on livery, because of some of the cars I have seen from other games that have a livery editor, are just frankly silly. There is just something wrong with a pink Zonda with Hello Kitty on the side and hood.

u should be able to choose tyre width and offset, maybe even fit smaller/bigger wheels

OK, I haven't actually seen a pic of that car, but I am sure if liveries are available, someone will do something similar. A lot of custom liveries from Forza had these types of things.

It's very easy to go to a shop and have them make decals for you. Or paint them if you're good at that.

I'm sure everyone has seen at least one street car loaded with decals. People do it all the time.

Oh yeah, I understand that people who have no business in track racing put stickers on their rice but GT5 could take a different approach at them. I don't necessarily want them in the game but I thought I would just put my two cents in about the idea.

Why not actual racing liveries? Against those too?....

would be great to differ car looks in online races even if it a bit. But GT dont have some leagues to proper championship races like in rFactor or Live for Speed so it is useless for today online modes in GT5.
Certainly NO engine or drivetrain swaps like in Forza.

There are plenty of online leagues/championships in GT, they just need to be organized outside of the game. I helped run one of the summer.

And why no powertrain swapping? GT5's tuning options have been pretty much stagnant. Getting a common real life option like engine swaps seems like a good idea to me.

No, I don't want my GT5 experience diluted with Nopi stickers and NOS logos plastered on spinning Lambo doors on Autozams rolling on 30s with diamond studded spinners. But I would like it if wheel offsets were adjustable. At least wheel spacers for horrid cars like the S15 silvia.

+100 million. I would like to do staggered wheel setups. My IRL Challenger and Mustang both have staggered wheels.
