This is true but if the ticket hasn't been opened the restriction doesn't exist. It goes into effect when the ticket is opened and the 1 million credit car is confirmed to be in the ticket.

Have you tried it? I tried it with a prize car that was unopened and still in green ticket form. It was a Audi R10 race car. Said it was over the limit.

Now I do know all level tickets can be sent but those aren't green.

Correct ^^ . Doesn't mate if it unopened or not , I have a few S Vettle unopened tickets amongst others and they can't be sent

I misspoke. What I meant was that if its a level 23 or 24 ticket as long as it is not opened it can be sent. Car specific tickets over 1 million cr. cannot be sent.

Yep, and that's why I specified green tickets in my first post. Level tickets are blue.

I always went to the car hauler to retrieve the car and I guess I just never noticed they were green.
