Car tunings?

Does anyone have a website or something with a bunch of car tunes?  I really REALLY suck at that, I just can't seem to get things right, one thing might be nice, but then another is horrible, and when I try to adjust the thing that was working good, becomes crap.  Any help will be much appreciated.

Nice to see you over here!  I was having a tough time with the tunes so I went out and purchased a strategy guide.  It's not perfect but it helps a crap load.

I'm lucky if I know where the steering wheel goes.  I don't know crap about cars.

Sorry I'm not much help.  Just wanted to say whats up.  Get a strategy guide if you can't find tips anywhere else.
