How many cars do you have in your GT5 garage. currently im at 810. Im going for the 1000 car trophy. also which ones your favorite.
 
Well I'm on just over 300 and it felt like such a milestone.
I wish we could go into the UCD or OCD and select a few cars at a time and then buy. That is the biggest limiting factor otherwise I would have 3000 cars by now.
BTW I have no doubles, its 300 odd different cars.
 
I have a hand full of doubles, but ive been doing the license test trick. where you goto license test and you start skipping to the next test. thats the fastest way to have the UCD refresh. pretty soon ill have to start buying all the nascars to get my numbers up.
 
I have 1271 cars with at least 1 of each car in the game ^_^

My favourite? tough call.
It comes down to five though;
Honda S2000, Amuse S2000, Nissan Sileighty, RX-7 FC '90 and my AE86

1700+. More than a year ago I stopped buying cars I need to race, I just keep buying cars I like, either when I feel like it (Premiums) or when they pop up in the UCD (standards). Love to play around with colours and wheel types.
I also collect a lot of my favourites again and again, for example I have about 30 GT-R (R35), and probably even more Murciélago SV, because I love those two cars.

About collection, I have no idea how many individual cars I have, but I have every car I want at least once, and if I don't have it I buy it or look for it on this planet.
 
1071 for me, I have no duplicates and only 2 expensive cars left in the NCD. Had a speed 12 but recently gave it away so I know I am missing that one as well. Favorite would have to be my S2000 gt1.

You get the CLK by doing the missions the AMG mission I believe
 
About 400-plus? Quite a few duplicates, I really only buy cars that (a) have low mileage, or (b) are ones I want.

Far too many Lotus Carltons and Esprit Sport 350's, though.
 
Me technically 0 but I have the First and second DLC packs secured (bought a brand new XL Edition) so if you count those I have about 19 or 20 already:confused::dunce:.

I have around 1300 on one account (I only have one), I got rid of most of my doubles of the cars I don't drive. I bought everything I have, no duping, no trading, no glitches, just good old fashioned using my credits :).
 
I have just got a paint prize for 1940 cars. That does include some duplication of course. I have about 15 colour combinations of the Veyron. I have everything except for most of the chromelines and all the stealth dlc cars.

I have about 500 0/0/0 standard cars on one account and a similar number of low mileage ones on another. I feel as though I've spent as much time waiting for menus to load and unskippable cut scenes to end as I have actually driving them.

I keep buying ones I like the look of as it's quicker than finding a specific standard car in my garage due to the time taken to load them all initially. I still get a thrill when I get a new one and take it for a spin even though they're all at least second versions.

I try to have one stock version of a car and one for making permenant changes to like engine upgrade or weight reduction at least for most cars I'm interested in (which is generally everything)

I realise I'm going to have to delete some soon if I want to keep buying.
 
About 300. I just have no desire to buy and tune cars like the Ka, Panda, Odessy, Prius, so on and so forth. There are nice cars I dont have, but for now I'm grinding to get the Ford Mark IV Racecar, as it's the only classic racecar I don't have yet.

I find some of those cars can be great fun (except anything electric) with the right tyre selection. Downgrading to Comfort Hards help you learn to drive better at the start esp with no aids

I have to say though that my first car in the game was a Fiat Panda which I used a lot at the start, slowly building up cash to eventually have every upgrade and move on to other cars. When I got the game online racing was down due to the PSN hack that took place around April 2011 so the Sunday cup and Clubman cup became my grind races. I'm quite attached to that Panda. It's probably got Racing Softs on (yuck) so I'll have to go and sort that out
 
I've got 1273 (with another 8 tickets or so unopened yet from the seasonals). Aside from the X2010 Prototype that you can only get from the Vettel special event, I'm missing the Nismo 270R (which is due to appear soon in my UCD) and the Nissan Pennzoil Zexel GT-R '01 (which the UCD guide can't predict at the moment).

For sure, for now there are other cars to buy and tune first. I'm not saying I exclusively drive only the fastest cars in the game. I just found the Honda Fit to be fun, so I see your point, definitely, but those cars are still at the bottom of my list. I spend way too much time driving the heck out of the cars I have and not buying ones I don't, lol.
 
1550 at last check. I'd guess roughly 5-600 of them are my favorite, with probably another 1-200 favorites I don't know about yet.
 
350 I think; only about 1/2 that have been driven!
On day I will tune 1 car for each specific race in the game, one day.
I did start doing it for the seasonals until I lost the paper I had written them down on.
If I do it will post details; anyone seen a thread like that?
 
I have somewhere around 540 cars. I'm not interested in every car the game has.
