Cars that can't complete their own demos

My favorite is the "Mazda Carol 360 Deluxe 1962". It's two-toned, styled, and can't get up a hill. LMAO watch the demo if you have a chance. The Subaru 360 '58 is funny too.

I'm going to try this out, it sounds like what happened in the GT3 license tests where if you watch the demos enough times the cars do some weird and stupid things that most certainly would fail you license tests.

That is the result of flawed low speed tire dynamics.
Underpowered 2WD cars with skinny tires in GT5 have traction problems on steep hills, it's not due to lack of power (at least in most cases... there is at least one where gear ratios are clearly wrong as they are excessively long, and that can cause problems too).

The game removed the 2 (3?) cars which would have been more (choose word between hilarious/pathetic/sad/comedic) than the Carol. Both the 1886 Wagen and the Ford Model A (or T? Possibly there was a 2nd MB Wagen?) couldn't make it up the hill period.

Well my first time through green hell without my eyes glued to the asphalt, effin nice. The trees the tents, the bar-bq grills. This truly is a fantastic game.

For some unknown reason I have a tuned version of the Carol. It's easily the worst sounding car in my garage. At high revs it's not too bad, but before it gets there it sounds like it's got a gearbox full of gravel.
