is this normal, that after i signed a driver contract with BMW und drove the races for them , that afterwards the BMW cars are gone away from my garage ??

Yes, until the test weeks are over anyway since each week is a new test season and you can "sign" for a different manufacturer each season.

You can't lose more and more cars, only the two that you get as a loan for that season. If you keep signing for the same manufacturer over and over again and pick the same cars again and again, you can basically have them on loan permanently.
