Best bang for the buck, when running low cash and need High HP, is the Ford Mustang or the Chevy Camaro. For a few dollars more, you can pick the Z06.

Evo 7 RS, not the car with the highest HP under 35,000 but a definite favourite of mine.

Yeah, the best bang for the buck is the Camaro Z28; the cheaper Camaro. Decent handling and a boatload of torque, on T2 super slicks, for well under 40 kcr.

I think the car with the best bang for the buck is the Camaro SS. It is cheaper than the Mustang and handled Complex String better. Check out the laptimes.

Well, it was built for drag racing. But you can make it work, especially since all that torque can cover for many little mistakes.
