well im pretty sure its the 24th everywhere in the world now and I still dont see anything in the store or dealerships or anything maybe in a few hours or maybe the 25th, will check after starship troopers.

I can confirm that it's out in the Japanese PSN store. I downloaded and installed the cars from the Japanese PSN store. However, I do not receive the cars when I boot-up GT5 because I have an Australian region Disc (BCES) I assume.

I can confirm that this is true as well for us versions. We can go to the Japanese store and download/install them but they do not show up in game.

They announced nothing for EU/NA. Therefore we will, in all likely hood, receive nothing.
