No, it is allowed. But I am advising people not to use it. Sorry if the first post regarding that was a bit unclear.

Chrome paint is allowed, but anyone who think they can capture the theme with a regular metallic is regarded a bit higher in my eyes.

Guess I'll be changing my entry then. Because if you are approching it like that, I might be better off with a non-chrome shot that isn't as good as the chrome shot I entered.

I personally think you should approach it a bit differently, because getting good reflections is done through editing mostly, and some people don't know how to edit specifically for that, so they use chrome paint to suffice for that.
Just because someone uses chrome doesn't mean it is not as good as non-chrome in my opinion, it is the way you use the reflectivity that still makes a good photo what it is. A higher level of reflectivity just means you have to try harder to make something that is above the normal level seen for photos of cars with that high of reflectivity.

But, this is all in my opinion.

I don't know if this would work. :nervous:

My shot of my GTR is NOT chrome, its like a two toned paint from the DLC pack.
and i put in a direct link.

Ok, I got one. Just need to edit it. I'll just say that this week for 2.0 and PMC, my personal theme was"premiums no one ever uses."

I'm going to change my entry tonight. I've got another car and location in mind!

Thanks Sej.
Thanks to you I won't waste my time taking a shot for this week :D
