As mentioned many times the trading cap will be dropped on the 3rd. The seasonals are due to expire then arent they? So are we getting a new update? Makes me wonder.

Wait until there is a car you really want & cant afford ... Then you'll be unhappy as you wont be able to trade for it (Notice I said trade and not dupe)

Duping will still happen ... The smarter dupers out there would have started with the higher priced cars anyway, thus meaning they only need cars that can be legitemly duped anyway.

Btw if you check the anti 1.07 patch thread, people who don't dupe but do trade are against the patch aswell.

Oh and also, you are no better than anyone else because you "don't dupe" so please shut up mentioning that.

Yes I used to Dupe....but you know what, I hardly ever drive those cars. I would much rather drive a Merc 190 Evo, Suburu Impreza RM, Lotus Elise 111R RM or Lambo SV than any of the expensive race cars people moan about needing to grind for.

Well since YOU did dupe YOU are part of what caused it as well. To be honest I am a duper as well but I have driven most of them. I just love taking pictures and I want to get some for every car in the game.

Also I don't have time to earn it myself which is part of the reason I went into duping.

That was the main purpose of my duping. The whole mass duping of X1's etc put me off duping and trading in general in early January. Now all my trading is done with my mate who we watch out for eachothers must have cars. For example he loves the Suburu Rally Cars and I have been able to provide him with 2 different models for his collection. Most of my collecting was done way before you could even back up your save. Lucky for us though we enjoy cars for there driving pleasure and not there Price tag...

Right first of all I wasn't complaining about it ... I'm just fed up of people talking down to others because they don't dupe (when they probably do). The fact that you don't dupe doesn't make you any better than anyone else.

Secondly, duping was not what brought this patch along (I can promise you PD don't care about that). What really brought this on was people selling cars on eBay for real money, they are the people who are really abusing the system (although if people are stupid enough to buy the cars then more power to the guys selling them!)

Thirdly, how the hell do you think that you can try and talk down to me as though you are better than me when you said yourself that you used to dupe!? As said, you are also part of the problem and you have no moral high ground to talk down to me, why? Oh thats right, you used to dupe! (Do I need to re-iterate a third time for you to keep up?)

If I where you you obnoxious fool I would stay out of this thread and I would keep my stupid comments to myself (Unless you want to shoot yourself in your other foot aswell, if you want to do that then by all means please do comment again)

Have you ever considered the fact maybe your not meant to get these cars instantly. Each seasonal gives you roughly 2 mil each week if your smart. Grinding Indy CAN give you about 2 mil an hour. If you don't want to grind indy try the Last championship in Extreme (I forget the name) in different cars and make it a challenge. If you save a just take things in your stride you can earn a lot of money without grinding. I have earnt roughly 20mil in the last month without grinding once.

If you ask nicely i can dupe one to you....ohh wait i can't

Grinding is optional you are never forced to do it.

I have every 20 mil car, and loads of race cars, rare cars etc. I have fun in them all......how did i get them? buy trading and duping.

I am at lvl 30 odd aspec and 35 bspec, constantly have 20 mill in the bank. Have finished the X1 challenge with ease, well gold wasnt but bronze sure was. I have had fun in looaaaddds of cars i wouldnt have been able to get if it were done on grinding alone. I own my own business that takes loads of time, i have 3 young kids that takes loads of time, i have a wife that.....well.....occasionally watches the TV lol. Where the hell do i have time to do the dream car challenge 200 friggen times, and if i did, would i?? Yeah right!!

So is duping. And dont tell me you can do 2 mill in the dream car. You can get maybe just over 1 mil an hour IF you use the X1, which will most probably be duped.

You don't get it....GT5 took 6 years to make. How long do you think GT6 could take? Everyone wants everything now without needing to work for it then they complain the game gets boring after 2 months. The reason these cars are soo expensive and why getting to level 40 takes time is coz YOU'RE NOT MEANT TO COMPLETE THIS GAME IN 2 MONTHS. If it takes another 6 years for GT6 I want somethong to work towards

If i had to, as you mentioned "work" for my cars, i would be well board with the game and would give up i think. For what its worth i think i have driven 45000k, ( i assume that includes b spec) in 2 months, so if that aint work then what is?

I agree to a certain degree. The only problem with that is that half of the members will view that instead of answering questions. (although we didn't do a great job of that today)
