The standard is considerably slower. Assume both cars had a top tune, it wouldnt even be competitive.
the other point he made is accurate as well - 95% of the cobras i run into are very poorly tuned. I call this the Zonda R phenomenon. People new to drag racing join a server and pick the highest PP car they have. Since both are prize cars, most people have both of them.
