40-20, Central Florida defends home turf against the ECU Pirates. Sorry, CAM. I saw bits and pieces of the game. And right now, I'm currently seeing the USCal at Utah game.

We earned it, special teams either kills them or kills you. Tonight, it killed us.

Now we have a long week to prepare for Memphis, hopefully that'll go better.

Anyone have NCAA 12 (don't have 13)?

I would love to play an online match.

The latest NCAA Football I have is NCAA Football 2008.

Tonight, it's Pittsburgh at Syracuse. Later tonight will be the Aggies of Utah State battling against the BYU Cougars. Utah pride on the line in this one! I think there's also a game between California Polytechnical at Weber State. Yep- Mustangs at Wildcats.

Enjoy your college football this weekend.

I think I have 10, no online pass.

I forgot that my NCAA Football 08 is for the PlayStation 2.

Pittsburgh at Syracuse are tackling each others' brains out right now. No score as this game basically just started.

Syracuse 14 Pitt 13 with 1:57 in the third.

Old Big East rivals slugging it out. Nassib and Sunseri both having meh games.

Next season, Pittsburgh and Syracuse will be in the ACC. I know Pittsburgh has a lot of bridges, but I feel the least bit confounded as to Pittsburgh being considered a "Coastal" location in the ACC division alignments. This is going to be huge on the basketball front as Pitt and Syracuse are usually pretty good schools, especially in men's basketball.

I think the officials for Duke's game were recently in Seattle for a game featuring a team on the eastern coast of Wisconsin. They're just as good at calling pass interference..

How 'bout them Blue Devils? The only problem looking at our schedule is I don't know where this last win to get to 6 is coming from..

Congrats.

Buie runs for a score! 21-7 Mountaineers!

Edit: Pat Miller just NAILED Marquise Goodwin...he's motionless...hope he's OK.

Edit 2: Fumble recovery TD by Texas....>=(

Edit 3: 28-27 Texas at half...would've been 31-28 if Buie hadn't tripped...

Edit 4: Stedman Bailey TD! 41-38 Mountaineers!

Edit 5: HUGE stop for my Mountaineers! If Geno scores, it's 48-38, with the momentum.

Edit 6: Aaaand the momentum is gone...Geno fumbles...>=(

Edit 7: Wow. Bad Texas snap, and missed field goal...we dodged a MAJOR bullet...

Edit 8: Buie scores! 48-38 Mountaineers! 207 yards for Buie!

Rutgers moves to 5-0 following a 19-3 stomping of UConn.

Just two random notes from me...

* I said WVU at TEX was going to be a hell of a game, and I was right. Most other games on at the time of this one were beat downs. West Virginia had just enough to motor along to the win. No last moment magic for Texas this time around. Up next for the Longhorns- the good old Red River Shootout (nowadays the Red River Rivalry) game against Oklahoma. So far, so good, WVU.

* DOWN GOES #4 LSU! It was 14-6 as the Tigers got taken down at the #11 Florida Gators.

Congratulations to all other winners.

The parties will continue in Raleigh until Monday morning. What a Saturday.

Thank you, NC State, for improving our ranking released tommorow.

=)

#4 Ranking maybe?

This weekend has now completely changed my to-do list for a National Title. The #3, #4, and #5 lost...

1. Alabama
2. Oregon
3. South Carolina
4. West Virginia
5. Kansas State
6. Notre Dame
7. Florida
8. USC
9. Oklahoma
10. Georgia

Florida State sucks balls. The only thing there is football and they can't even do that right.

Go Owls!

A Temple/Rice/Florida Atlantic fan? Ethier way, a rare breed.

Then again, so is a WVU fan outside of West Virginia.

=P

Anyone have NCAA 12 (don't have 13)?

Has '11 (I'll probably jump on '14 though)

What a day in Columbus !!! The Bucks mowed over the Huskers 63 - 38. :ouch:

The fist quarter was quite a bit nerve racking for OSU, 13 plays and just 17 yards, (4) 3 and outs. It was not a pretty start at all. The only shining moment for the Bucks in the 1st quarter was a pick 6 by Robey Bradley for 41 yards. Along comes the 2nd quarter ... all hell broke loose in the Shoe. The Bucks erupted for 28 points and took a 35 - 24 lead into the locker room. The 2nd half .... all OSU.

Some cool things transpired from Saturdays throttling of Nebraska :

1 - Braxton Miller broke the school QB rushing record (held by himself) , 186 yards. (offensive)

2 - Carlos Hyde rushed for a career high - 140 yards accompanied with 4 TD's. (offensive)

3 - Corey "Philly" Brown returned a punt for for 76 yards .... "touchdown". (special teams)

4 - Robey Bradley scores on a pick 6. (defensive)

5 - a new attendance record was set ... 106102

When you can score from all possible angles, it makes for a good day.

Bucks are now 6 -0 overall / 2 - 0 conference. There are still some things to be ironed out defensively, but overall, the Bucks looked good. Next up, we head to Bloomington Indiana to square off against the Hoosiers.

Said Coach Urban Meyer - "how many points did we put up again ?"

Congrats D3ATHS on the Mountaineers victory. Sorry CAM about your Pirates.

Some big boys fell this weekend ... it's getting

interrrreeeeesssssttttiiiiinnnnnggggg !!!

Florida moving up six spots after beating a declining LSU team at home while we move up three beating a momentum gaining team on the road is absurd.

If you guys go undefeated, are you all gonna hunt down the guy who owns that tattoo parlor and burn him at the stake? Cause that would probably happen in Greenville.

IF we would happen to hit that benchmark, I'll be so 🤬 p'd off. Let alone all of the ridicule / criticism that would accompany this. Yeah, a 12 - 0 team is sitting at home watching the '12 post season because of tatoos and memorabilia.

While I like seeing the Bucks climb the ladder, it is bittersweet as well. Honestly speaking, I kind of would like to see us dump about 2 games down the road (as long as one of them is not against the Big Blue Machine), so it would not be all the bad. Well bad, but not near as the previous scenario of going 12 - 0 and having nothing to show for it. :dopey:

Speaking of Big Blue, did anyone catch Denard Robinson's performance on Saturday ?

He had three runs of 35 or more yards, rushed for 235 yards, finished 8 of 15 for 105 yards, moved into fifth place on Michigan’s career rushing list, fourth on the school’s career passing list and broke the Big Ten’s career rushing record among quarterbacks. Like him or not, the guy is talented.

*burning at the stake, or maybe a public stoning*

Some people just piss me off.

Aaron Murray, the Georgia QB who lost at South Carolina this week, got a text after the 35-7 blowout saying his father had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. When he got to his house, he was greeted with it being egged and toilet papered, along with some signs with remarks on them.

Was the text legit?

Well I'm guessing the people egging his house probably didn't know that at the time, at least I'm hoping. People generally think Southerners aren't that bright, but we need a little more credit than that.

I understand. Trust me, you'll find some unruly kind going through rural West Virginia. Lol.

Holgerson should be made governor if we go undefeated. Lol
