Who do you think is the best Corvette Tuner/Modifier?

I like Calloway Personally. The Sledgehammer  Rules all!!!

Lininfelter(someone help me out with the spelling here) is cool to. 383CI Twin Turbo.....

Isn't it Callaway???

and what year did the Sledgehammer come out and what model Corvette was it???

The sledgehammer came out in '88 or '90, and I know the engine was a heavily tuned Corvette V8 with a turbo attached. I'm not sure about the body or the chassis though.

Lingenfelter is my favorite. I just wish I could get my hands on one.

Personally I like Mallett Conversions. They are used on gumball runs. I'll try find the stats.

I was precisely gonna mention mallet. their cars are VERY tractable and streetable, for a 750 hp street car. chuck mallet himself drives one daily. another company that makes corvettes is specter, wich even adds a body kit, but its mods seem to be pretty cheap -_-

Cano

I would go with lingenfelter, however... they have too much experience to let it pass.

I got the chance to drive a '95 Corvette pace car that was built/tuned by Lingenfelter. It belonged to my friends father. One of the few Corvette's I've driven that I didn't want to get out of.

And there are two Mallett C5's that run around here at the autocross tracks, and at night causing trouble. :D Cool cars.

That quarter mile seems awfully slow for 625 horsepower, and so does the trap speed. But I'm not going to argue with 1.01g:)

the name is callaway no calloway.

is awesome how all those vette's even after all that modifications can't even get close to the original shelby cobra on the 0-60 time.
