well i hope you can help me guys. my problem is i cant keep my line when we drift in group like 8-10 people. during tandem or D1 comps i usually do fine since i can still see a bit.

In those situations where there is to much smoke you need to be focusing on the inside line (the edge of the track) i know that helps me a bunch.

Edit: Or the outside line depends on the situation.

this is a situation that i've had trouble with. when i have 3 people in front of me i generally have to slow down to avoid a collision. if you can't see then turn on the driving line. that will illuminate the track throught the smoke. then if its a solo tandem or something like a D1 comp turn off the driving the line.

Memorize the track, ease off a little to minimize collision possibilities. Using a map helps a lot :)

Besides memorising the track, just follow the car in front of you and if you trail him and notice if you're going out of the smoke then that's a bad thing

There are notable moments on some tracks where you have to go full pelt into a line you purely cannot see!

It's quite annoying but I guess rewarding at the same time, when you fly out the smoke and you've nailed a clipping point.

Like many have said you just got to learn the tracks. And really for me i've been doing it for so long even before the updated smoke. It's just about how comfortable you are with the car and the drivers around you. With the same ole tracks I could prolly do it blind folded. (NOTE)- I'm not bragging but I've been tandeming for ever on this game with various tire's types just get out there and practice cause thats the only way your ever gonna get it down. Good luck bud.
