I played CS for about 2 hours last night. An hour against the bots and about another hour against real people. I will probably have even more fun once I get a headset and play with a few people I actually know. I was surprised how fun the robots were.

I play 1.6 and CZ. My name is usually: 495 whp @ 20 psi (lol) or [CRSX] JDM DC5. Can anyone tell me if I'm able to run Source? 2.8 Ghz P4, 786 Mb RAM, 80 Gb HDD, 64 Mb integrated video card. I'm worried about CS:S requiring T&L, because my Intel card doesn't support it

You need a new video card. I dont think source will run with the one you have.

Yeah, after a few days, the game can become pretty easy.
I have seen some new people try to learn by getting on the "winning" team...though I admit I've done it a few times myself.

The "stock" maps are great, but the real fun lays in the Custom maps, though I prefer FY maps.

I am still having a hard time getting into this game. I cant believe how fast people own you and it seems like they always know where you are no matter what you do.

No hes good with computer, and he isn't lied cause i;ve seen it. It hella funny though, but he has a new $200 graphics card, and Counter-Strike:Source is screwed up but hes been fooling around with steam and it's updating so soon enough it will work.

I think you have to go into console and initate TeamSpeak for your comp.

Ok I will check that out this weekend when I play CS again. My friend is going to try and make a room again and see if I can join. Last time it didnt work so we just joined some server we found on the list.

People can hear your foot stepps, they hold shift here and walk up against walls, it's what i do, and you can hear everyone around you, and were theregoing, and if they re-load or jump.

I finally found a room that I really have a great time in! It is just a room full of zombie bots on one team (usually about 20) Then on the other team are real people trying to kill all the bots. This is by far the most fun I have had online in Counterstrike. I also figured out an extremely easy way to get screen shots. Just hit the F5 button. Then find the files in the Steam folder. 👍 Some of you will have to join me in the zombie room some time when you get a chance. Good times!!

I'm sure it's Source.

It uses the Zombie engine from Half-Life 2 and is a little more advanced.

Camaro, it IS excellent fun. IT makes for great head shot practice.
