Is it possible to do multiple polls at one time?

How do I change the title of my thread?

Multiple Polls- I don't believe so.
Change Thread Name- either click "EDIT" for a post, then click "Go Advanced" and at the top the title can be changed, or go to the forum at hand, find your thread, double click just right of the name, and you should be able to type in a new name.

GT_Prologue5 is correct, you can only have one poll at a time in your thread.
