I was proposing to increase the limit by 15-20m or so. I did not want to remove the limit. All of the empires could be able to amass that many soldiers by time. It will be impossible for anyone to conquer a world power with 7.5m.

Though this is only a base model, I gotta say it's a huge mistake leaving the engines exposed. Unless they are my CFJ's, in which case it won't matter.

Ive lost 3 (?) teams since their creation. I have 17 Teams in total. That's 15 great soldiers.

You turned 200k of my normal troops into Marines, yes. We're wondering if you'd be willing to come over and continue to train our troops so we don't lose so many next time, and also train yourselves in the Siberian winter.

I can send you a shipment of MkI CFJ's for some satellites. Also, the creation of MkII CFJ's is complete. Completely eliminating the heat signatures, these engines are now also more reliable, powerful and efficient, giving a fighter jet speeds up to Mach 4 and flight ranges of 30000km.

My intention is to be able to produce my own Mk1 CFJs (so you'll still have the advantage), so if you could send the blueprints for additional cost that would be excellent. What kind of satellites would you like? We can modify our existing communications satellite into a recon satellite or even a weapons platform for you. The extent of the modifications you request will determine how many we send in exchange for the CFJs.

The 27IIs also have full stealth capability. I can send you the remaining 100 Ko-27 MkIs (slightly slower, limited stealth capability) that haven't been upgraded. What do you have that could be of interest to us?

After a long and expensive reasearch project my scientists have developed very powerful scram jets.

These engines have nearly 150% extra power with the same fuel efficiency and weight as previous engines and allow planes to fly at the very edge of the atmosphere.
These are to be fitted on all planes. Budget 30bn.

Once again I am giving blueprints to my allies.

Stealth Apache.
Advanced body armour.
Improved aerodynamics resulting in 2x agility and 20mph extra speed in all planes.
