Does the other country defend the coastline? Does the other country deploy their troops by helicopter, behind enemy lines, where they could become trapped?

No problem. I like military aspects also. But, I want each invasion notice to give an ultimatum so I have an easier time validating the situation.

Your invasion force easily overtook the defenders. With only ground loses (the defenders had NO AA left..). You lose 150k men and take the country.
