Recently, in Po-Novomu Berlin, during the negotiations of a peace agreement between the NOA and Po-Novomu Berlin, a group of soldiers (assumed to be special operations) wearing nothing but black armor, stormed into the conference room, killing all representatives of the NOA.


The soldiers were able to enter, kill, and exit, without missing a single shot, or taking fire. The men escaped, and, disappeared into a local forest. They left no identities, no evidence, and their ammunition was unbranded 9mm shells.



Nothing is known about the troops. They said nothing, and were not identifiable. Not even the skin colour is known.



Questions remain, about what this means for the leadership of the NOA.

Just think that I should point this out; the maximum range ever recorded for any naval artillery shelling, that I'm aware of, was 24 km. This was during the battle for Midway. The American ships opened up from a safer distance. You'll have to be within 30 km. of Kazakh territory (rather impossible from China.)
