And a remake of a classic:
TVR Cerbera LM Race Car
Good idea, very bad tire wear. Even with 588HP (Max tuned power in GT4).
However, would have been possible if GT4 included it as a LM
i.e.:XJ220 Can't be tuned to get XJ220 LM, but it's there.

Technically the XJ220 LM was a real car.

Anyways, I'd have something like an Audi S4 tuned to about 600bhp, less than 1000kgs and sporting the bodykit and livery of the 90s BTCC/STW cars.

Citroën 2CV LM Edition

Engine: 2CV's normal engine, with four times more power (55cv)

Transmission: A 5-speed

Weight: Exactly 450kg.

Livery: with post-World War II Citroën, Michelin and Elf logos. Possibility of white (#63), blue (#52), red (#12), black (#15), gray with blue roof (#6), white with gray roof (#8) yellow (#9) or green (#2) color.

Special Livery: A pink (#1) version with a 1.6-liter DOHC, 110cv NA engine, 7-speed transmission and AWD, with just 400kg.

Misc.: Built for rally and lower categories endurance racing. Pink version was a showcase of early Citroen technology. Normal version can be won in the 2CV event, while pink version is only available as a prize if you win the France Championship driving a Citroën.

Postscript: Now who will concern about the 2CV?
How does that baby smash eggs? Anyway, another LM:

Honda Civic Type R LM Edition

Liveries: Red and black like the Del Sol LM from the first two games, plus yellow with a carbon hood like the Spoon Civic in the Tuner lot with scattered GT logos and a number 46.

Drivetrain: Renault Clio V6 style MR (engine where the back seat used to be)
Engine: NSX JGTC based 4 liter V6 making 650 or so horsepower
Transmission: 8 speed
Can be rallied just like the Del Sol LM could in GT2

How to get it: Plug your PS2 into your PC, boot up GT4 on your PS2, then go to this page in your web browser and the Civic LM will appear in your garage in a random color :dopey:.

I have a few I've thought of, but I can write only one at this time:

Nissan Skyline GT-R LM Edition (R30 bodystyle)
Specs:
2003 Nissan Xanavi NISMO GT-R (JGTC) parts (everything)
Power: Tuned to 560 HP, with 600 ft/lbs of torque

Body Style: A combinationof black, white, blue and silver, like the sillhouette cars of old.
Decals: Same as the classic ones.

Special: A machine gun that pops out fron under a roof panelt to destroy the really annoying people in your way.

2003 Aston Martin DB9 LM Race Car
2004 Mercedes-Benz SL65AMG LM Race Car
1997 Toyota MR-2 gts LM Race Car

As for performance, the usual (improved power, engine response, downforce, brakes), you'd win these via the respective manufacturer cups.

Toyota Aristo LM Edition

464bhp
1000kg
RWD

The Toyota Aristo LM Edition is based off the 2000 Toyota Aristo/Lexus GS300, it has the same engine as the Toyota Castrol Tom's Supra JGTC car, and features the same white/green/red livery. You win it by completing the Lexus IS/GS (PAL/NTSC) or the Toyota Altezza/Aristo (J) special events.

lan88: The OP has created one for you in another thread. :)

Subaru Impreza WRX STi Sports Wagon GT Rally Car

Spec: Tuned to WRCar spec, as the real rally car.
Livery: Typical Subaru blue with their logo.
How to get: Complete Star of Pleaides using a Impreza Wagon.
Story: A experimental rally car developed by STi to test how their wagon/hatch does in rallying.

:D

BMW Z4 LM Race Car

Specs:
1110kg weight
RR drivetrain

Engine: Z4 engine modified to 380bhp

Colors: All F1 team colours, but average GT livery on all of them.

Based around acceleration, hence RR drivetrain.

A new LM:

Nike One LM Race Car

4WD
Engine: Whatever the engine is in the Nike One, give it 550 horses
Weight: 1900 pounds
Transmission: 10 speed
Livery: I can't think how you could put a livery on this strange shoe, so just make it black like the "black beauties" that show up at the end of the used car cycle.
And yes, it's can be used in Sim Mode races.

Here's one. The 2cv lm. A normal 2cv in stealth black.
It has a supercharged v8. Aero stays the same. New brake discs. Refined suspension.

Subaru Impreza WRX STi Sports Wagon GT Rally Car

Spec: Tuned to WRCar spec, as the real rally car.
Livery: Typical Subaru blue with their logo.

BTW It's Lan88, not Ian88.

:dunce: Edited then.

Toyota Celica Widebody LM Race Car

Spec: Based on '99 model except the MR drivetrain and 800hp engine, mated to a 8-speed transmission (that is sick )
Livery: Standard Castrol livery.
How to get: Win 90's Challenge with a Celica.
Story: An experimental car, developed intially for time attack, but later changed to LM racing. This car is in category (divison) 1 of Dream Car Championship.

:dopey:

Honda Element D1GP
Tuned motor to around 400hp
FR drive train from S2k
Livery A: bland soccor mom stickers and regular paint options
Livery B: Red and black GT livery from S2k Race car.

Chrysler Crossfire LM
--------------------

The Crossfire LM would have a MOPAR tuned engine that will put out about 500HP. It would also have a widebody kit with a big spoiler.

The colors would be like the Viper Race Car or like the Corvette Race Car.

Aston Martain DB9 LM Race Car

Engine: gives around 100-150 BHP more (same Aston V12)
Weight: significantly reduced due to carbon fibre and aluminium
Suspension: racing
Drivetrain: all racing
Brakes: carbon ceramic

Livery: British racing green body, silver highlights, sponsers logos kept to a minimum, and a cluster of small logos in front of the front axle. Rear wing has ASTON on the front, MARTIAN on the back
