Creating own cd covers - sizes?

Simple, how big in pixels do I need to create my images to match the size of the cd covers on the front, inside, back and the cd itself?

Depends on how you're going to print them.

Step one is to measure the size of the inserts, then convert that to pixels by multiplying it by whatever dpi your printer uses.

For example, if I'm printing a cover that's 5"x5", at 300dpi, that'll end up being a 1500x1500 image.

1087x1087 for the front, and 1259 x 1087 for the back. That's for a 230dpi image.
