Would you be interested in a Suzuka 600pp, RWD cars race only @ xx:02 :17 :32 :47 ?

Good, there are people around. I'll tune the Corvette then come on.
 
I don't believe it. I have just spent 4 laps of a race with Prudentbear breathing down my neck. :nervous: I was watching my rear veiw more than i was going forward, literally drove the wheels off my car. Then I cocked it up at the end of the 4th lap, again to busy looking behind to notice that I had strayed to the grass and off I went. :grumpy:

I was doing so well. Taking a break to recover my nerves. Back in 30mins.
 
Stupid Supra-GT3, ruined my race. (Even though because of others getting punted by him and others waiting for people I came 2nd out of us).
Looks like I'll have similar problems as ripping silk with failed to connects. It's been really bad lately.:grumpy:
Damn Sinsemila is fast.:eek:
 
Sorry for messing up the start the last couple of races and being all over the place in general. I came on in cars which I'd tuned randomly in about 30 seconds to make it into the race which as a result were mostly dogs to drive. I didn't get time to do anything today and just wanted a few quick races. I'll hopefully be better tomorrow night.

Did have one good race in the Corvette with Grim and Sinsemila though - thanks guys!

Nice start @03! Great view from the back, 8 or 10 guys turning to the sides so a couple dudes could go by and then we all take off. Very good:tup:
 
Who ever GT Racing is has a thing or 2 to learn about re-entry. I met 2 of their racers and both came out on me after their crashes causing me to crash.

3 minutes after the 15 min. Pull over at the start, rearrange yourself on the grid... flag drops @ 20seconds on the timer ! 👍

Yeah thanks. :) It's a little tricky but I like to drive it, since I haven't driven it before almost at all.

Waited patiently? I was just trying as hard as I could to keep your pace without going off myself !!! (1st time I entered 2.13, btw). This 350Z is a good, solid, safe car, but it hasn't got the power or the straight line speed of a NSX, F430 or California.


However ... your mistake was welcomed, of course :D


Great racing tonight, I think I met many GTPers I never or rarely raced before. And it was a pleasure to meet again, after a long time of attending different events, mr Volcano and Cashwars.

Good racing so far in this event.:) How am I doing in the Corvette?
LOL, I came across a situation in an earlier race where absolutely everyone was waiting for someone. Who crashed and who's fault was it? LOL. You all wanted to take blame.

Sinsemila and I are a little confused with the PP allocation. Cars like Clio/Tuned and F430 all have downforce, yet are still much much faster on the straights than the Corvette. We have discovered that we can't even keep up with the California even when slipstreaming. The Corvette handles fine, we just can't keep up on the straights. Without downforce, and with a V8 on board, we should be able to wail on people on the straights, PD should sort that out.

Lots of fun racing today. Volcano and Ren-tec thanks for dragging me to some good lap times in the 599. I did a 13.1 and a 13.2 while in your slipstreams, I haven't broken 2.14 in free run yet.
I agree with Paulie that the Corvette doesn't seem balanced. The Corvette has no power down the straights, I've had cars just drive around the oustide of me up 200r a few times. It doesnt seem right that its slower than a 430 and Clio when the Corvette has no downforce. I had a good race with Prudentbear and Grim with Prudent and myself in the Corvette and Grim in the 430 and for 4 laps i watched Prudent unable to evan go close to overtaking on the straight. If it wasn't for Grim making a mistake there would have been nothing we could have done, evan with the exaggerated slipstream effects.
