the less said about tonight's racing the better, and it hasn't even finished yet
 
I missed the second race. Got disconnected during the interval and it wouldn't let me rejoin. I'm pretty gutted really, as my first race was pretty boring.
 
Both races I got damage on the first corner so ruined it for me

Kickstart, did I damage you in the 2nd race? I was knocked into you so, if it was me sorry.

Yeah some how i got damage in the 2nd race as well? :/

That testing went to waste.
 
Was gutting to see the lead pack get destroyed when trying to lap that one car. I think we had a 6-car fight for the lead in the sprint race, then was down to just myself, Kamy and Saggy - I messed up and ran wide into the gravel at the last corner and that cost me 3-4 seconds which I couldn't make up again, great win by saggy there.

In the feature race I got damage early on (my mistake) so pitted a bit early - bit disappointed with my result tbh but lost a lot of time in the early traffic so no hope of a podium. Good battle with Knight over 5th which eventually turned into a battle for 4th on the final lap with mcglone, defended so hard to keep that position but my tyres were a bit shagged on the last few laps to say the least :P

Well I was pissed off so its only right you would be. Soooo annoyed.

Gonna check the replays to find out what happened.
 
I'm watching the replay right now and that might be the worst drive I ever seen. I was the entire lap flashing my lights so JDM could see me and let us through, then in the tunnel he braked early, so I thought he finally realized hr should slow down and let the pack through and I went to the turn and he actually accelerated right before the turn and hit me. And then ... I can't even continue to describe what he did. I feel sorry for everyone he took out after that. I think He shouldn't race anymore. That was to bad.

EDIT: And the heavy damage isn't the problem. People not knowing how to race properly with it is. Some risky moves on the start of Feature race for instance. You can't win a race in the 1st turn but you can lose it. I went calm on that and chaos broke free in front of me and I gained many places.

I want him banned from racing in this series. He mucked up everyone's progress. I want a re-race because that was just stupid. I was doing soo well! and it all get mucked up. Right what i saw that he was like a metre in front of kamy, He went on outside thinking that JDM would fall back then bam. I followed kamy and get pushed then i spin and he keeps ramming me. Then he cuts across Frag and wiped him out and Kotkas also get's wiped out in that.
 
I agree with Kamy , me and him had a decent battle for the whole of race 1 and there was no contact, it's not the damage it's the racers who take risky moves that are to blame ;)
 
Racers making risky moves? Everyone is trying to race. Without risk there isn't a race. I'm not saying that oh yeah i was 3rd i could of won the race. No because we don't no what would of happened.

JDM should of gave way to everyone in that tunnel! End of!

Someone said in the lobby Hevy damage was bad.
I say it isn't, as long people are calm and realize there is more than 1 lap.
Heck I even overtook someone in pit strategy. This race was about surviving T1 and then start racing. And thats what it has been everytime I start in the back.
 
I don't have a problem with heavy damage, it's when people act a fool and miss time there braking point and take someone out. Happened a few times to me even in pre testing season. The amount of laps people do testing and soon as you start that race boom all hell brakes loose. I mean race 2 i finished 5th. That was me pitting 2nd or 3rd lap because i some how got damage.
 
Now a little report.

First thing. Quallifying was a blast. Better qually I've ever done. Me and Mole battling for the poleposition was epic. That was a perfect lap. I don't think I ever pushed a car so close to its limits. It was a perfect lap.
Race 1 the usual start. Get overtaken by a RWD car who is near me ;) and great battle with saggy and Mole till the "JDM Incident", in wich I got damage on left front. Wasovertaken by both of them and was trying to adjust to an ill handling car when Mole went wide leaving me and saggy to fight for the win. Close and fair fight almost ended on T1 when I managed to avoid rear ending saggy quite bad. It was a nice save.
Race 2 started on the back, again mugged by a RWD lol, and took it easy as there was smoke and cars all over the place. Managed to avoid all the mess and get out of T1 in a great position. Fighted with Knight for the first laps but couldn't overtake him. his car was a little faster on the straight and it was hard to brake on the entry to T1 side by side. So I pited early and made the undercut on him, F1 2011 style. ;) Then pushed as hard as I could but couldn't catch Frag and kotkas.

A bit bummed I didn't win a race at this track, but oh well it was a good week for the championship though.
 
So everyone is fuming..? Why the hell was jesse racing anyway? I could have told you he would cause an accident...
 
Well i am for sure. I never heard of him and worst it was his first race for this series. Why was he let in late?

How about when people hit the grass then spin into you causing you damage?

Race over without even making it round the first corner. 100% not my fault.
 
Plus non EU which cause major lag issues
 
Too ashamed? Too bloody right, takes out 4-5 drivers in a minute.

JDMsupra actually ruined two qualifying laps of mine by touching the grass and spinning in front of me. I didn't say anything at the time, as accidents happen whilst driving at the limit, but now that it seems he was known as a bit of a liability.

I'm interested to see the replay of the pit straight incident actually, as to me it seemed like I slotted myself through two spinning cars by inches! I then had a little battle with kickstart over a couple of laps and we swapped places a few times. Then I got distracted a hit a wall, causing myself some damage, so I limped the car home doing 1.09's for the most part.
